Job Description

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager!

Location: Montebello, CA (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Qualifications:

  1. - Bachelor's degree or higher
  2. - 5-15 years of hands-on accounting experience
  3. - Strong general ledger, month-end close, and year-end close experience
  4. - Prior supervisory or management experience
  5. - Manufacturing or similar industry experience
  6. - Sage 100 experience required
  7. - Experience using AI tools in a professional setting

Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
  • - Manage general ledger activities and financial close processes
  • - Supervise a team of 2 GL Accountants
  • - Support financial reporting and process improvement initiatives
